Please allow between 2-21 days for your order to arrive as our suppliers are located in several places around the world so shipping times are varied. If more than 21 days have passed please email us at hello.switchmart@gmail.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Our policy lasts 15 days once the order has been delivered. If 15 days have passed since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) :

1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

2) Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a short amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello.switchmart@gmail.com. Once the details of your situation is discussed then further instructions will be provided as to where to return the item. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a more expensive item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order processing time is between 2-4 business days, and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch.

Don't worry if your received package seems to be missing any items! We ship orders in separate packages every now and then, due to weight restrictions and to facilitate faster shipping once an item is located in the warehouse.

Once your order ships out and our database updated with your online tracking number, we'll send you an email with the online tracking information which you can use to track your package. If 6 business days have passed and you still have not received this email from us, simply drop us an email at hello.switchmart@gmail.com and we'll solve it right away.
